Deskmates
Invite-only while we test

Work alone, without being alone.

Deskmates is a small room of people you invite. Keep it open on the phone beside your laptop, and drop in or leave whenever you want.

Sit down

Say what you're working on today, and what you're stuck with if anything.

See your crew

Up to five people share a room. You see who's at their desk and what they're on.

Ask or celebrate

Raise a hand when you're stuck, or celebrate when you finish. Your crew sees it.

How it works

  1. Someone in a crew sends you an invite link.
  2. You sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your email. No password.
  3. You pick a deskmate character and check in for the day.
  4. Keep the room open while you work. If you lock your phone, your crew sees an empty desk until you're back.

Getting the app

Deskmates is in a small private beta on iPhone (TestFlight) and Android (Google Play testing). The person who invites you sends the install link along with your invite.

Got an invite link but the app opened this page instead? Install the app, open it, tap I have an invite link and paste the link.
